The process of appointment and consultation. 

Their appointment is four steps and very easy process.  

Step 1. Firstly, you will send a GP referral to them via their online form, email or fax. 

Step 2. They will call you after 1-2 week of receiving the referral and then offered an appointment. 

Step 3. It is consultation step. The consultation needs a comfortable place for the patient it can be patient’s home via their online platform (during the consultation you will need proper internet access). 

Step 4. The report will be sent to the referring doctor.

After 1 week the patient can discuss the assessment and treatment plan with their general practitioner. 

The patient can arrange a follow up appointment with the psychiatrist any time within 12 months of the initial assessment to review the treatment. 

Consultation fees. 

They have bulk billed thousands of patients but due to Medicare changes, they are no longer able to do so. The consultation fees will be discussed before the appointment is done. 

Cancellation fees.

The cancellation fee of $200, If anyone cancel within 48 hours of the appointment.
